I love seeing Families that grow in front of my camera. This happy family is just a perfect example. I had the privilege of photographing them a couple years ago when their little boy Ray was only a little over 1 year old. He's about 3 years old and definitely a busier boy now! (but still just as cute) :) I definitely treasure capturing this sweet family and definitely had some more cute photos this time around! Love this session! When my friend Susan told me of a location idea for her family photo session - I couldn't be more excited because I've been thinking how awesome it is to shoot a session during this time of the year when all the festive holiday lights are on. Perfect match and I couldn't be happier! We started when it was still bright out after sunset when the lights were lit. So pretty! I have had the pleasure of photographing this family every year for almost five years now. If you follow my page on Facebook - I made an announcement last month that I will be relocating to Canada this month...so it would be my last opportunity capturing images for this lovely family with my camera before I move away. The photo session was cute - the young kids were just having a blast at the park. I loved their laughs and silliness, including the challenges of making them look into the camera :) it was fun to capture all kinds of different candid actions! Thank you Beth and Jeff for allowing me to be a part of your family all this time and hope you treasure the photos for years down the road!

Tisia {Children Portrait Session}

Happy New Year to all of you, first of all...and check out this cutie pie!

I had the opportunity to finally meet and photograph my friend's daughter Tisia. She recently just turned two so this photo session was dedicated in relation to her birthday. Her birthdate and my daughter's birthdate are just 8 days apart from each other. Actually, her mom and I swap each other's due dates giving birth a little more than two years ago. Tisia was born on my daughter's due date and vice versa. Isn't it funny?!...so anyways, please enjoy these cuteness overload from our recent photo session! :)

Meet this lovely family friend of ours. Last year I had the chance to photograph their first daughter Sara for her senior pictures and this year it's Isaac's turn who's graduating next in line. Not only that, I actually got the chance to photograph the entire family this time. The pleasure was definitely mine and I loved spending the extra time hanging out with this family. Started photographing this family when Jack, their oldest child was a newborn. And then Lily joined them sometime last year. She turned one a few months ago... and just started walking now.
