Krystyna + Mark | E-Session 05.16.2009

Kyrstyna and Mark is such a lovely couple and they are really into each other. And I was glad to capture just a glimpse of their love with my camera that afternoon. I had been looking forward to finally meeting Krystyna and Mark at their engagement session since they had booked me based on my work alone, from other states and without meeting me beforehand. Even I've never met them in person before, I enjoyed the session with both of them and totally looking forward to their wedding day in Estes Park, Colorado next month.

Trashing Those Dresses!

Last week I went to Russell Gulch Ghost Town with a bunch of photographers from MHP network here in Northern Colorado for a workshop. Meeting new people who love the same things you're doing and doing it together - was really cool. These people are such an awesome crowd and I love being part of this network.

We have four models wearing beautiful wedding dresses to photograph the whole time we were up there in the mountains. They were such good sports and willing to do almost anything we asked for. Thanks everyone for the good time and I look forward to the next event!

Some Boots Are Made For.... Gardening

Going on two months of our marriage bliss - Joe decided to take on a big project. I'm talking BIG. Like about 40ft x 30ft in size. You see, Joe spent his childhood at his family's ranch - he was friend with the horsie and would plant and pick veggies or fruits of their own.

Long before we got married he already expressed his strong interest in gardening with me. In my many attempts as a supportive wife now, when he brought this up again - I said let's do it (although I have no slightest clue of what it would take to do such things.) And he was serious, the rest is history - we have been working leaps and bounds on our garden and plants! We call these our babies...at least for now :) It has taught me how to work with my hands, to care/nurture, to be patient and to be thankful of God's gifts of nature and how mother nature works in such amazing ways. Not to mention that Joe and I have been having good quality times while working on this ;)

When we first started, I demanded a cute gardening boots and I had my way :)

Gianna & Genevieve | One Year Young

Here we go again! I'd love to present us with a load of cuteness from my fave twin girlies - Gianna and Genevieve. They have been growing so fast and now they are walking and climbing everywhere. Mama Grace and Papa Chris are proud parents and I don't blame them - the girls are beautiful! Seriously, their cuteness make my motherly instinct screams baby fever! ;)

Thank you Grace for your patience - this post was waaay overdue but she was being so understanding of my busyness during the wedding season (I tied the knot last month in case you didn't know.) And again, I'm honored for every given opportunities to photograph these cuties over the year. It has been a super fun experience! I'd do it again in a heartbeat :)

Gianna looked a little weary at the beginning of the photo session...
